E-Commerce Law

In online trade, trademarks, designs and also titles of works protected by copyright are used.

The German legislator has also standardised a large number of requirements that must be fulfilled – such as textile labelling, data protection declaration and many other information.

E-commerce offers a lot of opportunities – if the general rules and rights are observed – otherwise there is the risk of warning letters, interim injunctions or even claims.
